About the event
Penny Preville turned her enchantment for jewelry as a young girl to an exquisite collection of fine jewelry. Penny has won several accolades for her work including the WJA Award for Excellence in Design and the Town & Country Couture Diamond Designer's Excellence Award. Yet the most important praise she receives is through the joy her jewelry brings to her clients.
